Meet Your Coach – Ridge Bedell

For years, Ridge Bedell carried a rage inside. That rage was born from emotional trauma and shaped how he saw the world and himself. However, once he developed a debilitating gastrointestinal issue at age eighteen, he was no longer able to utilize that rage. He was forced to control his emotions and channel his spiritual power, or the consequence was more pain. After about a year of suffering and spiritual practice, he learned how to tap into his spiritual power. He shattered his limits in the gym and mastered meditation for two hours at a time. He thought he had mastered the art of overcoming; he couldn’t have been more wrong. At age twenty-four, he was forced to secretly enhance the blueprint because of how emotionally broken he had become.

That’s when everything changed. For six years, he kept the redesign of this program under wraps because he wasn’t ready to share it. He was afraid of what people would think. Deep down, he wasn’t fully ready to lead the way he needed to. That’s exactly why he lost everything for the third time, two years ago. God and the universe will keep you hidden until you are fully ready to live in your purpose. Through years of discipline, study, and spiritual practice, he discovered how to turn that energy into raw power, focus, and healing. He combined everything he knew from fitness, nutrition, Qi Gong, meditation, and herbal supplementation into one system, a system that not only rebuilt his body but reconnected his spirit. That system became the new and improved Transcendence Program, a program born out of experience, not theory. 1. Will I have to talk about my trauma in detail? +
No. You are never required to share anything you’re not ready to. We focus on how your body and energy respond in the present, and use that as the foundation for transformation. This is a safe, judgment-free space.
2. How is the fitness plan created for me? +
Your plan is built after a Zoom-based assessment that evaluates your current strength, posture, energy flow, and readiness. It’s customized month by month so it evolves as you grow.
3. What if I’m not in great shape right now? +
That’s exactly why this program exists. Your starting point doesn’t matter — what matters is your commitment to consistent progress. We adapt the intensity to your body’s needs, while still challenging you to grow.
4. What kind of results can I expect? +
Results vary depending on your effort, openness, and consistency — but past clients have experienced:
• Increased strength and endurance
• Deeper emotional stability and self-control
• Better energy regulation and reduced stress
• A stronger connection to their purpose and identity
5. Do I need special equipment? +
At minimum, you’ll need basic training tools (dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga mat). If you have access to a gym, we’ll design around that. If you train at home, we’ll build a plan that works with what you have.
6. How much time will I need to commit each week? +
• Training: 5–6 sessions per week (60 minutes)
• Meditation/Qigong: 20-30 minutes daily
• Weekly Zoom Check-in: 30–45 minutes
7. Is there a refund policy? +
Because this is a customized coaching program, there is only a refund if the coach does not provide all the coaching that is promised. We want you to come in fully committed.
